Re-imagining the digital proposition of a China brand and commercial consultancy.

Hot Pot website design.
I worked as lead designer to design a new agency website for Hot Pot, a brand and commercial consultancy specialising in digital innovation in China.
Hot Pot current digital experience was failing to convey their holistic and consultative proposition. The dated content and friction within the user experience were preventing the consultancy from attracting and converting their desired audience.
Hot Pot website information architecture.
The first step of my process on this project was to do some research on the context around this redesign. I was able to use insight collected during a previous kick-off workshop.
Then I defined and validated with the client the website information architecture and the general content of the main pages.
Because of the small budget and short deadline of the project, we agreed with the client to work with a flexible Wordpress template. The main challenge for this project was to work around the template's limitations without impacting the design quality.
I presented the project's progress to the client regularly to get feedback and improve the designs accordingly.
